These Terms are subject to change without prior written notice at any time. The latest version of these Terms will be posted on the Site, and you should review these Terms before purchasing any product. Your continued purchases of products from our Site after a posted change in these Terms will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation.
Your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between TitTat Tattoo and you will not take place unless and until you receive an order confirmation email and, if applicable, provided any verification information required by us.
Once we have confirmed an order, you will not be able to cancel the order. We may cancel an order if we determine an order is fraudulent.
Prices and Payment Terms.
All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from typographical errors in any offer by us.
Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that:
- the credit card or account information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete;
- you are duly authorized to use such credit card or account for the purchase;
- charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company or payment service provider; and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any.
We collect sales tax (where applicable) on all orders based on where the order will be shipped.
Limited Warranty.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
WE WARRANT THAT, DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, HARDWARE COMPONENTS OF PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY US AND PURCHASED FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. ANY PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THIRD PARTIES AND PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTY, IF ANY, PROVIDED BY THE THIRD PARTY.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO OTHER EQUIPMENT, COMPONENTS, OR DEVICES THAT A CUSTOMER MAY USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR PRODUCTS.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM US THROUGH OUR SITE OR FROM AUTHORIZED RETAILERS. IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS OR ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED OR BOUGHT SECOND-HAND.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY US OR ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES OR DISTRIBUTORS WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty covers during the Warranty Period (as defined below) defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware components of products purchased from the Site. It does not cover any software components of products.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:
- transportation;
- storage;
- improper use;
- failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;
- modifications;
- unauthorized repair;
- normal wear and tear; or
- external causes such as accidents, abuse, theft, or other actions or events beyond our control.
This limited warranty only covers our products and does not cover any other equipment, components, or other devices used in conjunction with our products.
What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?
With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion: (i) repair or replace such products (or the defective part) with a comparable product or part free of charge; or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to send the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective products.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
All requests for warranty service require proof of purchase from the Site (such as an invoice or order confirmation email). To obtain warranty service (that is, a repair or replacement as a result a defective product), you must call +1 (267) 894-2200 or email our Customer Service Department at tittat.content7@gmail.com during the Warranty Period to receive instructions on how your warranty service will be handled. We will generally respond within five (5) business days with further instruction, including whether you will need to return the product to us and, if so, how to do so.
Delivery Time
- Delivery dates and delivery periods are not binding.
- Delivery periods shall begin on the date of order confirmation, but not before the Buyer has fulfilled any advance payment obligations.
- They shall end on the day when the goods leave the factory or readiness for dispatch is communicated.
- The delivery period shall be extended in the event of a force majeure event.
- TITTAT TATTOO may withdraw from the contract concluded if production is stopped or the performance of the contract is rendered unreasonable in the event of force majeure.
- The Buyer shall be informed of the start and end of such impediments as soon as possible.
- In the event of a breach of contract on the Buyer’s part, TITTAT TATTOO shall be released from its obligation to deliver.
- TITTAT TATTOO shall be entitled to make partial deliveries.

Package lost and liability determination
The recipient is responsible for all losses if the postal address is wrong, resulting in the parcel not being recovered after delivery.
WARRANTY
- TITTAT TATTOO warrants that the contractual products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of transfer of risk.
- The Buyer shall report patent defects in the delivered goods and incorrect deliveries to TITTAT TATTOO in writing within three days of the goods’ receipt at the destination, and latent defects upon their discovery.
- If the Buyer fails to give notice of defects in due time, the goods shall be deemed accepted by the Buyer and warranty claims shall be excluded in this case. The Buyer shall only send the goods complained about to our complaints department for inspection after prior approval by TITTAT TATTOO together with the inspection report in the original packaging.
- If the complaint is justified, a replacement delivery or rectification of defects shall be carried out free of charge. TITTAT TATTOO will ship warranty replacements within one working day after receipt of the written complaint.
- In the event of a replacement delivery, the Buyer shall return the defective goods after receipt of the replacement. Buyer shall ship the defective goods within 5 working days after receipt of the replacement.
- The Buyer may exercise its statutory warranty rights if a repair or replacement delivery proves impossible or unacceptable.
- The above provisions shall not apply to damage caused as a result of improper use, improper maintenance, incorrect use, assembly, repair or maintenance by the Buyer or third parties or through natural wear and tear.
Returns
How do i return an item?
Simply email us at tittat.content7@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item to return
- Item condition
- Reason for return
- We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Sunday.
If you want to return the goods, please contact us before returning. Please do not return the goods directly to avoid loss. Once you have emailed tittat.content7@gmail.com and all return requirements are met; you will receive a return authorization.
Please include your order number in your return package. Pack your item securely, use a sturdy box, and include padding such as packing bubbles or in a self-adhesive padded envelope. Send back in secure packaging to the address provided on the return authorization within thirty (30) days of original purchase.
If the returned item is missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the buyer assumes responsibility.
How soon will my return be processed?
Once the return is received at our warehouse, it can take from 3 to 5 days to process the return. Once the return is processed you will receive an email indicating that the return has been authorized and we will process the store credit for the return.
Tattoo machine return policy
Please note, as indicated in the Requirements of a Return above, you will find there are no returns on Tattoo Machines. If you are experiencing issues with your machine, and the machine is within the warrantied time (From the day you receive the machine, all tattoo machines enjoy one-year warranty service (except for artificial damage; )) please follow these steps:
Email tittat.content7@gmail.com describing the issues you are experiencing with the machine. Please include the invoice number, if you do not have your invoice number, please provide the email address or Name associated with the account.
We will confirm your machine is under warranty, contact the manufacturer about the issue you are experiencing and provide a resolution to fix the machine if one exists.
We will be in contact with you about the next steps moving forward once we identify the issue as each manufacturer has a different resolution for each matter.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Entire agreement
Our order confirmation, these Terms, our Website Terms and Conditions of Use, and our Privacy Policy are the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
